Amazing venue

• Large ancient building with 10m high ceiling giving you lots of air
• This year with even more special lighting to create different and unique atmospheres that match the themed DJ sets during the night parties.
• Professional surround sound system (upgrade with respect to last year with more and differently placed speakers + extra subwoofers to have lower volume at the sitting areas while keeping a good volume on the dance floor)
  
• Big cozy corner (we listened to your feedback and expand it further this year + speakers will be moved closer to the dance floor)
• All in one location. The whole event takes place at the main venue except from the afterparty which takes place at a location 3 min walking from the main venue.

Celebrate new year in style

To make New Year’s eve an unforgettable experience we’ll count down together with a glass of bubbles before we are awaited by a royal chocolate fountain with real Belgium chocolate! This year with milk, dark and vegan chocolate!

Eating together

The event includes 3 royal breakfasts and 2 dinners with ice cake for New Year. We provide a vegetarian and vegan options for every meal.

In between the meals you can find non-stop snacks and finger food to make sure you have energy to dance all day long.

And of course you get unlimited fruit water, coffee and thee all day long! Don’t forget to bring your refillable drinking bottle 😉

To celebrate New Year, you’ll be offered a glass of bubbles and a royal chocolate fountain.

Deep dive into connection by Dance between dimensions

To optimally transition from the outside world into the event and experience dance connections at the next level there is an optional but highly recommended deep dive into connection workshop guided by the experienced Elo & Melissa form Dance between dimensions. This workshop will take place on Sunday 29/12 from 14h till 18h. Places are limited for this special workshop, so register in time!

In this workshop, you will learn to connect deeply with yourself, creating a foundation to connect safely and consciously with others. They will introduce various tools that you can use during the marathon to enhance your dance experience. Their participants consistently share that these embodiment tools elevate their dance to a new level.

They incorporate elements of conscious connection, tantra, embodiment, somatics, emotional release, nonlinear movement, and inner work. This workshop offers a chance to release stress and stuck emotions, allowing you to open up to what truly wants to emerge. It is particularly powerful for exploring new possibilities for the upcoming year.

Their heart-centered approach will expand your capacity to experience flow, connection, bliss, and ecstasy in your dance. Come as you are—no prior experience or special mood is required. You are welcome in all your authenticity.

Embodied dance ‘morning’ workshops

Every day will start with an inspiring 1 hour workshop embodied dance by Jonny Driscoll. He will take you on a journey and prepare your body to enjoy the rest of the day with all your senses.

Embodied Dance is about experiencing and experimenting with the mind and body through different states of being. This practice of ‘being’ is what enables us to consciously navigate life without reacting to situations and circumstances around us. You will become more sensitive to your body and more aware of your thoughts, so that you can consciously choose to step out of your patterns and habits, and create the state of mind and body that you desire. Embodied dance is therefore a practice of being authentic.

Party themes

We’ll have to two themed parties.

On Monday we’ll have a neon party. This is the time to take out your most colourful cloths that shine under the UV lights. Don’t hesitate to add some accessories if you feel like it.

On Tuesday we’ll honour the Brazilian tradition with a white party. Let’s create this unique stylish white vibe to dive into the New Year!

Neon party with body paint

During the neon party on Monday the amazing bodypaint artist Roch will make you even more special.
Be prepared for a party with more dimmed lights and UV spots at full power to create a unique colourful neon vibe.

Live music

To make the event even more special there will be a night with a set of live music brought to you by the amazing musicians of our local Zouk community.

If you play an instrument or sing and are motivated to participate in a live session, don’t hesitate to write us.

Christmas market

The venue is located at walking distance from the old town where you can find a lovely Christmas market, many restaurants and bars.

Accommodation

Finding accommodation around New Year can be stressful, but we’ve got you covered! Besides the sleepover at the venue we are renting out a complete hotel and a hostel just for you. You can book accommodation together with your pass 🙂

We offer accommodation at 3 comfort and price levels:

• A spot in one of the sleeping rooms at the venue (€20 per person per night)
  
• A bed in the hostel at 7 min walk (starting at €35 per person per night)
  
• A bed in the hotel at 3 min walk (starting at €55 per person per night)

Safe atmosphere

A space where everybody feels safe and respected is key at this event. Therefore we ask everybody to contribute to this by reading and following our dance floor rules.

Besides the glass provided by the organization for New Year’s Eve, no alcohol consumption is allowed during the event to keep a nice atmosphere for everybody.
