Group discount | New Year Zouk Marathon Belgium

Thank you for your interest to be ambassador for the New Year Zouk Marathon Belgium!

As an ambassador you can offer a discount to the people who join your group and you get a discount per person who joins your group. Please find below the rules for a group discount:

• Valid for groups of 5 people or more.
• Advantage for group members: €10 discount on the full pass.
• Advantage for the ambassador/group leader: 10% refund of his/her pass per group member (Belgian group leaders allowed). 10 group members = free pass.
• Group discounts are a special advantage for international dancers as reward for their travel effort. Therefore, only international dancers (outside Belgium) can be group member but Belgian dancers can be ambassador or group leader

Interested to be ambassador? Here is how it works in practice:

• As ambassador you buy a regular ticket.
• Request your discount code here.
• Share the discount code with your Zouk friends (outside Belgium). You can post publicly that you are ambassador for the event and have a group discount, but the discount code has to be shared by private message or in a private group.
• When 10 people used your code, you can choose between receiving a free pass (which you can resell) or obtaining a full refund for your own pass.
• When more than 5 but less then 10 people used your code, you will receive a proportional refund in the week after the event.
• When more than 10 people used your code, you receive a proportional payment for every person past 10 on top of the refund of your pass.
