Zouk weekend with Luana (BR) – 7&8 October

Benefit of the unique opportunity to learn from the international Zouk teacher Luana from Brazil! During this weekend she will share her unique approach to Brazilian Zouk focusing on creating memorable dances with every dance partner. In this weekend, she will cover aspects such as pillars of connection, flow, headmovements and hip movements. All with her unique Brazilian energy.

PROGRAM
SATURDAY
Bootcamp:
▸14u00 – 17h30: 3 hours bootcamp incl. two small breaks.
Content: Exploration of new perspectives in the connection to create more possibilities and variations which will enable you to enjoy different types of dances with more dance partners. The bootcamp will trigger your creativity and open new pathways.
▸17h30 – 19h00: Lunch break
Limited places for the bootcamp in the afternoon: 13 leaders and 13 followers!
Evening program:
▸ 19h00 – 20h30: Open level Zouk workshop: Brazilian energy, move those hips!
▸ 20h30: Zouk social

SUNDAY

My name is Luana Veras Weinmann, I’m a Brazilian dance teacher from Porto Alegre, and I have a degree in Physical Education. I began my dance studies in 2008, in 2012 I started to teach Tango and for a few years my work and studies were focused on Tango, thereby I travelled to a few cities in Brazil teaching and performing. In 2015 I started teaching Brazilian Zouk and therefore I started to specialize more and more in Brazilian Zouk.
In 2017 there was a turning point in my life, because it was then where I started to organize my method of teaching and studying Brazilian Zouk with my dance partner at the time. We organize a methodology where everyone is able to dance, through bases and foundations that allow each person to bring their authenticity, creativity and awareness for dancing.
